Re-Dress, a local pop-up boutique located at 500 S. Lincoln St., is trying to help relieve that financial burden for girls in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. The boutique will be open for the second time this year on Thursday, March 2 from 4-6:30 p.m.; Friday, March 3 from 4-6:30 p.m., and Saturday,
