New senior living facility to be built

A new senior living community has begun construction and is set to open in Fredericksburg in November. The $21 million Villages of Windcrest will be located at 702 West Windcrest Street and will consist of 60 assisted living apartments and 24 private memory care suites. Managed by Solvere Senior
