It’s a new day for Harper High School football. The Longhorns are hard at work getting ready for the 2019 season, their first under new head coach Mark Kirchhoff. Kirchhoff, who brings 26 years’ worth of head coaching experience to town, comes out of a one-year retirement to get the ’Horns back
