Hill Country SPCA announces changes to operating schedule

Hill Country SPCA has announced changes to its operating schedule. Based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, the SPCA is operating on an appointment basis only to limit the number of people in the shelter. In addition, they have placed hand sanitizers and have increased the frequency
