DNA evidence has been identified from an unknown person at the scene where two girls died in a November apartment fire, police say. The fire occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, at Ten19 @ Friendship Lane apartments, 1019 Friendship Lane. Two girls, 15-year-old Azaylia Hernandez
