Harper PTO to host 5K Sunday

The Harper Parent/Teacher Organization will host its Harper 5K Run on Sunday, Feb. 27, in Harper. All funds from the race will benefit the Harper PTO, which provides scholarships, funds for classrooms and helps maintain and improve Harper Independent School District playgrounds. Entry fees are $30
