Local author debuts novel

Local teacher, Brandi Schonberg, has completed her debut fantasy novel. The book, titled “The Gate,” will be published on June 25. Schonberg is currently a science teacher at Fredericksburg Middle School and is a yearbook sponsor. A release party and book signing will take place at Eaker Barbecue
