For the better part of two years, leading the Chamber felt a bit like driving with a gal pal of mine who alternates jamming the gas pedal to the floorboard and slamming on the brakes in an alarming cadence of terror. Things at the Chamber were either full speed or full stop, compliments of the pandemic.
