About
“Holiday Prelude” proceeds will help underwrite the architectural design and site planning for facilities for FlavoryTX (formerly known as the Texas Center for Wine and Culinary Arts), at the Hill Country University Center in Fredericksburg.
FlavoryTX is a nonprofit “atmosphere” of experimentation and learning that exists to inspire memorable experiences around Texas food and beverage.
The updated branding of FlavoryTX is more inclusive of all food and beverage, more playful, yet sophisticated and heavy on experimentation and experiences.
The focus is still on education for students, consumers and employees in the food and beverage industry. FlavoryTX also continues its partnership with the culinary and hospitality programs at Fredericksburg High School and the Department of Plant and Soil Science at Texas Tech University.
