Yoga class offered to senior citizens

Yoga classes for senior citizens are now being offered at the Golden Hub Community Center. Senior Yoga for chair and floor is taught by Mariah Malec, who has been teaching Fredericksburg Independent School District’s Community Education yoga classes for over 13 years. Malec has certificates in Kripalu
