Tybor will retire from local water district
The Board of Directors of the Hill Country Underground Water Conservation District met Tuesday, July 11 to discuss changes to the District’s Groundwater Management Plan, the ongoing drought, and Paul Tybor announced his retirement set for June 2024.
Tybor, general manager of the HCUWCD, said he plans to stay with the board in some capacity, but will no longer serve in his current position.
“I’ll hang around as long as they will let me,” he said.
