The Guadalupe Watercolor Group will hold its meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12 in the Forum of the Kerr Arts and Cultural Center, located at 228 Earl Garrett Street in Kerrville.

Visitors and guests are welcome to attend free of charge.

The program will be presented by Barbara Rallo of San Angelo. Rallo is the founder and coordinator/co-chair of EnPleinAirTEXAS, an international juried competition.
