Joy Ella Petermann Fromme, 74, of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 20, at Hill Country Church, 107 East Lower Crabapple Road.

Memorials may be made to the Dallas Theological Seminary, Admiral Nimitz Foundation or charity of choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home.
