Two German choirs to perform Saturday at St. Mary’s

Two German choirs to perform Saturday at St. Mary’s

Two local German choirs have scheduled their annual Herbstfest for Saturday, Oct. 28 at the St. Mary’s Holy Family Center.

The men’s choir, Arion Männerchor, and mixed choir, Hermannsöhne Gemischter Chor, will perform German folk songs that settlers sang 150 years ago.

The St. Mary’s Holy Family Center is located at 306 W. San Antonio St.

There will be a social serving beer and wine at 6:30 p.m. before the start of the concert at 7 p.m. The concert is free. Donations will be accepted.
