Foundations help youth complex move ahead

After years of dreaming, a groundbreaking was held Friday evening at the site of a future new soccer fields complex for youth.

“It’s been six to eight years in the making,” said Dan Kemp, president of Hill Country Youth Soccer, to a small group of donors and supporters on Friday afternoon on fresh-plowed ground adjacent to Oak Crest Park.
