The Fredericksburg Jaycees will host its annual crawfish festival this Memorial Day weekend, May 24-26, rain or shine, and will feature activities for the whole family: live music, shopping, drinks, a live snake exhibit brought from the Sweetwater Jaycees organization, and plenty of Cajun food.
