Nectar of peach, spice, makes a flavorful cake
Arecipe for Peach Cake submitted by Mrs. Udo Henke appeared in the 6th edition of the Fredericksburg PTA Cookbook (1948) which caught my eye. I am not including hers here as its instructions were vague regarding some ingredients, like the quantity of peaches to use. A cake made with peaches, however, seemed an interesting topic.
