I would like to start by saying a company with the stature of Arch Ray should not even consider putting sewage, treated or not, into our Pedernales River. This river is used for drinking water — 27% of the water goes to Austin and I am sure our neighbors to the east would like clean water when it arrives at their doorsteps.
