Drought-impacted producers in Gillespie, Kendall and Blanco counties may be eligible for assistance through the Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honey Bees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP), according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA).
