The City of Fredericksburg, in partnership with the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, will host a ribbon cutting and ceremonial walk for the new South Llano Street shared-use bridge, 306 South Llano Street, at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15.
