The Hill Country Builders Association held its 2024 Parade of Homes over the past two weekends, featuring 19 custom homes with contemorary design and modern amenities.
The tour had 11 homes in the Marble Falls/ Horseshoe Bay market and eight in Fredericksburg. The sites all featured unique architectural touches, custom builder finishes and detailed interior design motifs.
“This was our biggest tour ever with 19 homes. Our previous high site number was 11,” said Ryan Fleener, president of the HCBA. “And the turnout from visitors was really good in both Marble Falls and Fredericksburg.”
Fleener said the feedback he received from clients and visitors reflected the quality of home builders.
“There are some really good builders in our area and they do quality work,” Fleener said.
Fleener Co.’s entry in the tour is owned by Danny and Jill Elliott.
Fredericksburg sites featured builds by Hills of Texas Builders, Woolsey Design + Build, Goliath Luxury Homes, GT Builders and Fleener Co.
One of the sites showed off the Casa Über Alles student-built tiny home on display at Fredericksburg High School. The HCBA spearheads that program and is exporting it to other districts.
The association’s Parade of Homes magazine was included in the Oct. 23 edition of the Standard- Radio Post.
