A rivalry’s bragging rights
Even if the Texas Longhorns lost to the Oklahoma Sooners (aka the best Texans money can buy) in the Red River Rivalry (Shootout? Controversy? Altercation?) and played like milkmaids while eking out a tie with Baylor, I considered it a banner year if the Longhorns thrashed the Aggies on Turkey Day.
