Local gets 50-year service award
The Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TSSWCB) and the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts (ATSWCD) recently honored Guenther Ottmers for 50 years of service as a district director for the Gillespie County Soil and Water Conservation District.
