The winter pairings include: Blanc De Blancs and Potato Pave with Herbed Sour Cream, Caviar and Dill; Euphoria and Fig Prosciutto Tartine; Ebullience and Whipped Feta, Cherry Mostarda and Crostini and Adoration and Sweet Potato Cheesecake.
