OLLI unveils spring programs featuring history, field visits

The Frede ricksburg branch of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), sponsored by Texas Tech University, is about to begin its spring semester of programs. The Fredericksburg OLLI will offer classes with many of the most popular teachers from previous semesters.
