HCSPCA raises $30,000 at gala

The Hill Country Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (HCSPCA) celebrated a night of masks, generosity and jazz at its inaugural Mardi Gras Masquerade Gala, held Friday, Feb. 28 at The Edge in Fredericksburg.
